Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license in accordance with policy requirements.
• Experience with access control and badge management.
• Familiarity with alarm panel systems is preferred for relevant roles.
• Proficiency using computers or tablets for job tasks.
• CPR certification is mandatory where applicable.
• Background in customer service and loss prevention is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees while carrying out security procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the site to deter unauthorized activity and report issues.
• Monitor access, verify authorization, and maintain logs for deliveries and site activity.
• Respond to incidents and alarms, escalating to site contacts or responders as needed.
• Complete required reports and communicate observations on property or security concerns.
