Ideal candidates have a valid driver’s license, experience with access control and badges, alarm panels, and strong customer service skills. CPR certification is required for positions with emergency response responsibilities.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license per AU policy and state requirements.
Experience with access control and badge management.
Familiarity with alarm panel systems.
Proficient using computers or tablets for job tasks.
CPR certification is mandatory for certain roles.
Background check and drug screen required by policy.
18+ for unarmed, 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees while following security procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points, verify authorization, and maintain logs for deliveries and site activity.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies, escalating as needed.
Complete required security reports and document observations.
