Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Driver Entry Oversight in Topton, PA. This role offers flexibility with a fixed schedule and the opportunity to pick up additional shifts via the scheduling platform.

You will provide security, manage access, and respond to incidents while supporting a safe site environment. The position requires at least one year of security experience, a valid state driver’s license, and proficiency with computers or tablets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of security-related experience.
• Valid driver's license in the state where the job is located.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points and control entry for personnel, visitors, vehicles, and deliveries in accordance with site requirements.
• Verify visitor and contractor credentials, issue temporary access credentials, maintain required access records, and direct guests to appropriate locations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating observations to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, warehouses, access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
