Allied Universal in Bethlehem, PA is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Access Exception Resolution to provide reliable, flexible hours at a fixed site with the potential to pick up extra shifts.

Earn $17.00 per hour with anchor shifts and the option to increase earnings through the claim-a-shift program, while leveraging access control, badge management, alarm panel experience, and customer service skills to ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Access control and badge management experience.
• Alarm panel systems experience and troubleshooting.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet for daily tasks.
• Strong customer service experience and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while following security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access control points, verify IDs, issue and collect visitor credentials, and maintain logs.
• Control entry/exit for shipping, receiving, and contractor activity per site procedures for a temperature-controlled property.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document observations for appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
