Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Driver Patrol Operations in Scranton, PA to provide reliable, flexible hours and earn extra income. This role offers fixed anchor shifts, opportunities to pick up additional shifts, and a pathway toward full-time hours while maintaining customer service at the retail site.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required per laws.
• Drug test may be required where permitted.
• State/local licensing may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and store associates by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including entrances, parking, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor activity for unusual conditions and potential loss-prevention issues and report observations to management.
• Maintain accurate logs and incident reports and communicate with store management and responding personnel.
