Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service to students, staff, visitors, and others while following site procedures.
• Regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, entrances and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; report unauthorized persons or suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow emergency protocols.
• Prepare reports and maintain communication with administration and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and other members of the school community while carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of school buildings, grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures; report unauthorized persons, suspicious activity, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following emergency response protocols.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain communication with school administration, law enforcement, and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
