Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer (Driver) in Hainesport, NJ to patrol and protect client sites across a logistics location. You will perform unarmed perimeter patrols, provide outstanding customer service, and maintain a visible security presence to deter incidents.

This role offers a flexible part-time schedule and requires a valid driver’s license. You will join a team that values agility, reliability, and integrity while supporting operations and safety at the site.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verifying authorization in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
