Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, buildings, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor site access, verify visitors and contractor authorization, and maintain logs.
