Job summary

Allied Universal in Newark, CA is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Patrol Driver Operations to serve clients at a financial institution location. This role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to earn additional shifts through our Claim a Shift platform.

You will perform unarmed patrols, monitor alarm panels, and provide professional customer service while maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents. A valid driver's license is required and driving positions require licensure.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior/exterior areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials as required.
• Prepare incident reports and communicate observations to site leadership.
