Qualifications

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• Guard card is required.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A background check and drug screen are required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of community buildings, parking areas, walkways, and common areas.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor activity, and report hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, following established site procedures.
• Complete daily activity reports with clear, accurate details.
