• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional manner following site procedures.
• Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation with clear, accurate details.

As a Security Officer Community Customer Care in Delray Beach, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare setting, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate professionally, and respond to security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of community buildings, parking areas, walkways, common areas, and perimeter locations; working conditions may vary throughout the property.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor activity, and report suspicious activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation with clear, accurate details.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Guard card is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
