Qualifications

• Two years of security-related experience required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency responses.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of community buildings, parking areas, walkways and common areas.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional manner following site procedures.
• Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation with clear, accurate details.
