You will work on a flexible schedule with duties including incident response, reporting, and maintaining a secure environment across commercial and residential locations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license in the job state.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as per laws.
• Criminal histories considered in accordance with laws.
• Drug screening where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, residents, visitors, and property staff by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns calmly and report promptly.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of commercial and residential properties.
• Monitor access points and observe property conditions to identify suspicious activity and maintenance concerns.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports and communicate information to site management.
