Qualifications

• Valid driver's license in the job state.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as per laws.
• Criminal histories considered in accordance with laws.
• Drug screening where permitted by law.

• Respond to incidents and access concerns calmly and report promptly.

Conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $16.98 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 11:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Tue 07:00 AM - 11:00 AM
• Thur 11:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Sat 05:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Sun 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, residents, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial and residential properties, including common areas, parking areas, building exteriors, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and observe property conditions to help identify and report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation, and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
