Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer - Enhanced Access Patrol in Boynton Beach, FL. This part-time role offers flexible hours and reliable base shifts with opportunities to pick up extra shifts through our scheduling platform.

Pay rate is $18.85 per hour. Role includes access-control duties, visitor support, and incident response, with the potential to grow into a full-time schedule based on site needs.

Qualifications

• 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or 7 years security-related experience or a college degree.
• A valid driver's license required.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Guard card required.
• Be at least 21 years of age for unarmed role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required.
• Drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may be needed prior to employment.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and vendors at a government facility by carrying out access-control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor entry/exit points and verify credentials; maintain visitor logs.
• Respond to incidents and alert site contacts and emergency personnel as needed.
• Monitor security systems and document incidents and access events.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter.
