Allied Universal, a leading security services provider, is seeking a Part Time Unarmed Security Officer in San Francisco, CA. You will patrol, monitor access, and deliver professional customer service to employees and visitors in a technology-focused environment.

Applicants should be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma, and be capable of meeting site-specific requirements. The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Guard Card/License preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions, unauthorized access attempts, and security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to support a professional and welcoming environment for authorized personnel and guests.
• Prepare accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation while following Allied Universal and site-specific reporting requirements.
