This schedule runs Fri-Sun 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM; you must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 for unarmed roles.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required per policy.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and vendors.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the property and entrances.
• Monitor access points and observe activity per procedures.
• Respond to incidents and document observations per reporting procedures.
• Maintain visible security presence to deter unauthorized activity.
