Allied Universal in Cranberry Township, PA is seeking a Part Time Security Officer Driver to protect clients across technology, media and telecom environments. The role combines access-control duties with patrols and responsive customer service, while leveraging our driving responsibilities to support a flexible schedule.

Candidates must have a valid driver's license, be 18+ (21+ for armed roles), and meet background and drug-screen requirements.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor registration, and maintain accurate access-control logs in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, restricted areas, parking locations, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding access-control activity, incidents, and shift-related information.
