Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• A drug screen may be required as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state or local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors by enforcing site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; manage visitor registration and logs.
• Respond to access-related incidents and alarms in a calm, solution-focused manner; escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, restricted areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized access.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership about access-control activity and shift information.
