Job summary

Allied Universal in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Mobile Driver. You will patrol, operate a vehicle on a primarily driving post, monitor alarm panels, and help maintain a secure environment while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

A valid driver's license is required.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Background check will be conducted in accordance with laws.
Drug screen may be required.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while following site security procedures.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
Conduct regular patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, parking areas, and building perimeters.
Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain logs and reports.
Support site rules, assist with traffic and vehicle access, and communicate observations to leadership.
