Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol in Cranberry Township, PA. You’ll work fixed anchor shifts and may also pick up extra shifts through our scheduling platform to increase earnings.

The role emphasizes customer service, site-specific procedures, and routine patrols across production areas. A high school diploma, background check, and drug screen are required, with driving license needed

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation conducted per federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, loading docks, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and maintain logs of arrivals, departures, deliveries, and incidents.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and follow site procedures, contacting appropriate personnel or emergency responders when needed.
• Document observations and patrol activity in clear reports and communicate information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
