Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license in the state of the job location is required.
• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen are required as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor and control entry and exit points, verify credentials, maintain visitor records, and direct authorized individuals.
• Respond calmly to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, facility grounds, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain access-control logs.
