Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Dispatch Coordinator in Monaca, PA. You will provide customer service, monitor alarms, and dispatch security personnel while maintaining accurate logs and responding to incidents.

The role offers flexible part-time shifts (Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM) with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts and grow within the company. A high school diploma and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Background check and drug screening as required by law and policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and security-related procedures.
• Monitor and dispatch security personnel across site incidents and alarms.
• Maintain dispatch logs and incident details per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and coordinate notifications to site contacts and responders.
• Conduct regular patrols and report hazards.
