Job summary

Allied Universal — Monaca, PA is seeking a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced to provide reliable security coverage and dispatch support at a chemical/petrochemical site. You will manage anchor shifts and may pick-up additional shifts through our platform to increase earnings.

This role emphasizes customer service, adherence to site policies, and the ability to respond to incidents calmly while maintaining accurate logs and reports. Prior badge experience and a valid license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required under applicable laws.
• Allied Universal considers qualified applicants with criminal histories.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and perform security-related procedures at the site.
• Monitor and coordinate communications between personnel, responders, and site contacts.
• Receive, document, prioritize, and dispatch responses to alarms, incidents, and access concerns.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate information as directed.
• Maintain dispatch logs, incident reports, and shift activity records.
