Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, students, and staff per procedures and security policies.
• Monitor calls, alarms, cameras, and communications; dispatch personnel and log incidents.
• Respond calmly to incidents and coordinate with campus personnel and responders.
• Maintain dispatch logs, access records, and required reports per site procedures.
• Conduct patrols and report maintenance concerns around the site.
