The position provides a fixed anchor shift for six months, with a flexible schedule designed for part‑time employment, income stability and potential progression to full‑time hours up to 40 per week.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including medical emergencies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, surrounding grounds, parking areas, and perimeter, documenting observations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity to maintain an orderly environment for healthcare operations.
• Complete accurate reports and communicate relevant information to site leadership and emergency responders.
