Michaels is seeking a Store Team Member in Cincinnati, OH to help customers, locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will assist with truck unload, stocking, and maintaining in-stock merchandise while supporting BOPIS and Ship From Store processes.

Applicants should have retail or customer service experience and be at least 16 years old. This role involves standing long hours and working nights/weekends. Benefits include employee discounts and comprehensive programs.

Qualificações

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Team oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Must be sixteen (16) years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsabilidades

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Promote and enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and Omni channel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs).
• Maintain in-stock conditions and complete merchandise recovery and returns.
