Michaels in Dayton-Beavercreek, OH is hiring store team members to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will help with unloading, stocking, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store while supporting rewards programs and omni-channel processes.

The role involves standing for long periods, lifting, and flexibility for nights/weekends. Base pay ranges from $11.00 to $13.00 per hour with overtime eligibility per state laws.

Formación

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC survey and participate in omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, planograms, and in-stock store maintenance.
• Support shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and company policies.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
• Other duties as assigned.
