Job summary

Ampersand Therapy LLC is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a part-time, in-person role in Duvall, Washington. The position offers 15 hours per week to support students’ communication needs within a school setting.

Start date ASAP, with collaboration across teachers and service providers. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, an active Washington SLP license, and ESA certification in speech-language pathology, with school-based experience

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active Washington State SLP license is required.
• ESA certification in speech-language pathology is required or considered equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services per IEPs.
• Conduct evaluations and assess communication needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor SLP goals.
• Track progress and document services.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers.
• Attend IEP meetings and participate in planning.
