Job summary

Ampersand Therapy LLC is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-12 students in Aurora, Colorado. The role offers 0.4 FTE with flexible scheduling and a starting date in August 2026, with mentorship for CFs.

Qualifications

• Must have Colorado State SLP license or ability to obtain.
• Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• CFs encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
