Job summary

Ampersand Therapy LLC in Boulder, CO is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support K–12 students in a school-based setting. The role offers 0.6 FTE (24 hours/week), with a Monday–Friday schedule and mentorship for CFs.

You will conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, collaborate with teachers and families, and maintain documentation. Pay ranges up to $65/hour, with benefits and W-2 employment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Active Colorado SLP license or ability to obtain.
• Colorado CDE certification or willingness to obtain.
• CFs welcome to apply for mentorship and support.
• School-based experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Support articulation, language, fluency, and social communication skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
