Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists for school-based positions near Northglenn, CO. You'll provide speech-language therapy services in a school setting and support students' communication, learning, and participation.

Qualifications

• Requires Colorado SLP license or ability to obtain.
• Colorado CDE Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• School-based experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a school setting
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
