Responsibilities

• Prepares garnishes and serves food items according to quality standards.

• Receives and stores food in stockrooms, freezers, and refrigerators.
• Cleans work surfaces, eat- ing and food prep areas and fixtures.
• Maintains sanitary conditions per health and safety standards.
• Washes pots, pans and utensils and assists with stocking food supplies.
