Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Scheduling Specialist to support patients and referring professionals by answering phones, handling faxes, and scheduling appointments. This part-time role typically totals 39 hours weekly with shifts on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 9:30am–6:00pm and Saturday 10:30am–5:30pm.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to type accurately and use computer systems efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Schedule patient examinations per policy and coordinate with staff.
• Ensure accurate collection and entry of personal, financial, and insurance information.
• Maintain updated patient and referring physician data in information systems.
• Communicate scheduling changes to technologists to ensure smooth operations.
