Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Scheduling Specialist to join our team. This full-time role focuses on patient and referring professional support by answering phones, managing faxes, and scheduling appointments.

The position offers DailyPay, and provides benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k with company match, life and disability insurance, and PTO. Work hours are 8:30am–5:00pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficient with using computer systems and typing.
• Able to handle multi-level phone system with a high volume of calls at one time.

Responsibilities

• Answers phones and handles calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintains positive interactions with patients, referring offices and team members.
• Schedules patient examinations according to company policy.
• Ensures all personal, financial and insurance information is obtained and recorded accurately.
• Ensures patient data is entered into information systems completely and accurately.
• Advises patients of financial responsibilities, preparation needs and transportation.
