Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying CROCS’ service model (V.I.B.E.S) and store policies.
• Lead by example on the sales floor; collaborate with Store Management to reach sales goals.
• Assist in all store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising, and stockroom operations.
• Maintain high service standards and ensure timely follow-up with customers and team members.
• Protect assets and adhere to all store policies including inventory and loss prevention measures.
• Stay informed about product launches and brand initiatives to energize customers and staff.
