Job summary

Crocs, Inc. through HEYDUDE seeks a Team Leader to drive memorable in-store experiences, support promotions, and lead a small sales team. You'll share product stories, coach teammates, and ensure store ready operations.

You’ll handle opening/closing, cash handling, stockroom, and compliance while delivering superior service. Must be 18+, 2–3 years retail, flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and willing to work part-time.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2–3 years of retail experience with preference for leadership roles.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using our service model.
• Assist in all store departments including POS, merchandising, and stockroom.
• Lead by example to achieve personal and team sales goals.
• Manage day-to-day team activities and ensure timely follow-up.
• Share product knowledge and brand initiatives with customers.
• Adhere to Asset Protection, inventory, and compliance procedures.
