Steve Madden Ltd. in San Diego is seeking a Sales Supervisor to support the store leadership and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will lead and train staff, coordinate operations, and maintain merchandising standards in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time role with a pay range of $19–$20 per hour and include employee discounts and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate people, resources, and services to address business goals and needs.
• Excellent team-building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.

The Sales Supervisor supports the management team and performs all functional tasks as assigned. The Sales Supervisor assumes leadership and managerial responsibilities when the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager are absent. The Sales Supervisor is part of a dynamic team where cooperat ion is key to achiev ing business goals.
