Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate to engage customers, demonstrate products, and close sales in a fast-paced retail setting. You will deliver a positive, brand-aligned customer experience and contribute to the store’s performance daily.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, managing product tours, and maintaining visual standards while supporting promotions and store operations. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, with flexibility for peak times.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Willingness to travel to local stores and meetings as needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds when required.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy and optimism and sell with the Lovesac process.
