Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate to greet customers, demonstrate products, and drive sales while delivering the Lovesac experience on the shop floor. You will connect with shoppers, explain features, and guide them to solutions that fit their space and lifestyle.

You will own the customer journey, building relationships, staying knowledgeable about products, and contributing to daily store operations in a fast-paced, customer-first environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic periods including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to travel as required by the company.
• Stand/walk for up to 8 hours; lift up to 75 pounds; perform furniture assembly on the selling floor.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and actively sell while following the Lovesac selling process.
• Build genuine connections to drive loyalty and repeat business.
