Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate to connect with customers, drive sales, and deliver exceptional product education in a fast-paced, customer-first environment. You’ll represent the Lovesac brand with integrity while building lasting relationships and delivering brand-driven experiences on the sales floor.

You will greet customers, present products, and close sales while maintaining strong knowledge of our Sacs and Sactionals, ensuring a memorable shopping journey and contributing to store

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Must be able to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, to local stores, third-party vendors and for occasional meetings.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy and optimism, actively selling while executing the Lovesac selling process.
• Drive results by building genuine connections that fuel loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy.
• Own your customer journey end-to-end, using curiosity and adaptability to uncover needs and close sales.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and create a fun, engaging experience for customers, including brand tours and education.
• Support daily store operations, opening/closing, inventory, visual standards, and promotions.
