Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate to connect with customers, deliver remarkable results, and help clients design products that fit their space. You will greet customers, demonstrate products, and guide them through the Lovesac selling process on a fast-paced, customer-first floor.

You’ll build relationships, stay knowledgeable about products, and close sales to meet goals and KPIs while supporting store operations and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Must be able to travel to local stores and for occasional meetings.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy and optimism, actively selling while executing the Lovesac selling process.
• Build genuine connections that fuel loyalty and repeat business.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, delivering education and confidently closing sales.
• Support daily store operations and uphold brand standards to ensure a positive customer experience.
