Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate to connect with customers, deliver exceptional service, and help customers design spaces using Lovesac products. You’ll welcome guests, demonstrate products, and guide them through the shopping journey with enthusiasm and product knowledge.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll contribute to a team that values integrity, accountability, and customer-centric results, while supporting daily store operations and promotions to drive sales success.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to work weekends/holidays.
• At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience.
• Able to travel to local stores and events as needed.
• Proficient with technology, CRM systems, and product demos.
• Excellent judgment, integrity, and customer data handling.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with energy and optimism, selling while applying the Lovesac process.
• Build loyalty and brand advocacy through genuine connections and service excellence.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, uncover needs, and close sales.
