Acima is seeking a Part-Time Sales Manager to lead a store team, drive revenue, and deliver excellent service at a partner retail location. You will supervise daily tasks, coach coworkers, and push for performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Train, supervise, and assess coworkers' dedication to customer service.
• Enhance coworkers’ sales and account management skills through training.
• Address and resolve coworker and customer issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Recruit, interview, and hire coworkers for the store.
• Oversee sales and account operations to drive revenue growth.
• Educate customers on lease terms and delivery protocols.
