Job summary

Acima is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager to lead store teams in our retail partner locations. You will drive daily operations, coach staff, and work to maximize store revenue and customer satisfaction through effective leasing terms education.

The role emphasizes leadership, hands-on management, and the ability to meet sales goals while ensuring excellent customer service in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Individuals with a proven track record of success in retail sales management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the work of all store coworkers on a day-to-day basis.
• Motivate, evaluate, coach, and counsel store coworkers including holding them accountable.
• Nurture and promote coworkers for advancement to Sales Manager roles.
• Educate customers on leasing terms and delivery protocols.
