Job summary

Acima is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager for our partner store locations to drive revenue and lead a team. You will supervise daily operations, coach coworkers, and promote Acima's lease-to-own services with a focus on customer satisfaction and compliant store practices.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to work evenings and weekends while maintaining a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or GED completed.
• Experience in retail sales management preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to coach a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the work of store coworkers on a day-to-day basis.
• Motivate, coach, and counsel staff; apply policy and discipline as needed.
• Identify candidates for promotion to Sales Manager and Assistant roles.
• Establish partnerships with store personnel to drive referrals and educate on leasing.
• Train and supervise coworkers to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Guide sales activities to achieve daily/weekly objectives.
• Oversee leasing options, payment terms, and customer interactions.
