Job summary

Acima is hiring a Part-Time Sales Manager to lead store teams and drive revenue at our retail partner locations. You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, and promote the leasing services to customers while ensuring exceptional service.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Weekly pay is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Proven track record of success in retail sales management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising principles.
• Familiarity with rental or leasing industry practices is a plus.
