You will coach team members, enforce SOPs and brand standards, provide MOD coverage, manage POS and self-checkout, and support omni-channel services including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery. This role requires 3+ years of retail leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Strong customer service and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, ensuring floor leadership and service standards.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems for smooth transactions.
• Oversee loyalty program enrollment and drive customer retention.
