Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience coaching frontline teams to drive customer experience and sales.
• Ability to operate POS and Self-Checkout systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOP adherence and company programs.
• Ensure policies, store conditions and results are maintained.
• Model customer experience and selling behaviors to boost conversion.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee in-store programs like Balloons, birthday parties, and loyalty enrollment.
• Promote MCC/Extend services and protection plans.
• Drive omni-channel service with BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and coaching.
