Job summary

Steve Madden in Miami is seeking a part-time Sales Supervisor to support the management team, lead on the floor, and help deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You'll coach the sales team, assist with training, merchandising, and floor moves, and coordinate with store leadership to meet targets. The role requires flexibility, excellent communication, and the ability to work day, evening, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent team-building abilities and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist in training and developing the sales team.
• Ensure customer service initiatives address issues quickly and courteously.
• Serve as a liaison between customers, sales associates, and store leadership.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management.
• Support store operations including floor moves, merchandising, and inventory.
• Be flexible and ready to perform duties outside of your defined role when needed.
